Panthers Streck, Baldwin qualify for 5A state golf

LIBERAL -- Great Bend ninth-grader Cole Streck shot 6-over-par 78 in Monday's 5A regional to qualify for the 5A state golf tournament. Streck carded six bogeys and 12 pars in a solid round at WIllow Tree Golf Course. Panther Brantley Baldwin birdied the 18th hole and joined him as a 5A state qualifier at Kansas City's Dub's Dread Golf Course May 21.
