Panthers take second at Dodge

DODGE CITY — The Great Bend High School boys’ junior varsity tennis team finished second out of five teams at the Dodge City JV Invitational on Monday.
No. 1 doubles duo Jun Rui Chen and Ryan Clark finished first, going 4-0 on the day.
No. 1 singles player Daniel Marshall and No. 2 singles player Ethan Henderson both finished second.
Marshall went 2-1, and Henderson turned in a 1-1 record.
Santiago Talamantes and Jermaine Lopez combined for Great Bend’s No. 2 doubles team, finishing in third place at 2-2.
