Rose Kelly of Great Bend will celebrate her 90th birthday on April 21st with a reception from 2-4 p.m. at the Barton County Historical Society Museum, 85 South U.S. in Great Bend. Hosts for the event will be her daughter Debbie Fegan of Wichita and her spouse T. Michael Fegan and family.
Rose was born on April 20, 1934, in Meeteetsee, Wyo. She was married to Carroll D. Kelly. He died on May 21, 1998. They had two children, daughter, Debbie Fegan and the late Charles Kelly.
