Cardinals, Indians qualify for state track

PHILLIPSBURG – Hoisington’s boys earned eight state-qualifying performances at the 3A Phillipsburg track regional. The Cardinal girls earned four state0-quailfying performances.

Hoisington’s Bralen Thompson is a double qualifier in the 100 (11.41) and triple jump (42-101/2). Ian Doss qualified in the 800 (2:01.18) and joined Elijah Lewis, Karter Wolf and Deryk Yott on the 3,200-meter relay (8:43.46).

Larned’s Jayme Hagerman won the triple jump (35-21/4) and qualified in the long jump (16-43/4) and 100 meters (12.95). Kaylee Hagerman qualified in the triple jump (34-01/4).
