PAWNEE ROCK — The residents of Pawnee Rock are planning to light up the City Park with a tree decorating party planned for Saturday, Dec. 2.

The event is slated to begin at 5 p.m., with the decorating of the community Christmas tree. Families may bring their own ornaments or select from a supply provided by the Pawnee Rock City Office. Those wanting to select an ornament are asked to let the city office know, to ensure enough will be available for every child. 

Bring a chair to hang out by the fire and sip warm cider or hot chocolate for a visit with friends and neighbors.
