HOISINGTON — Michele Lynn Popp, 61, of Sedalia, Mo., passed away March 11, 2015, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, Mo. Born Aug. 11, 1953, in Great Bend, she was the daughter of Eugene A. and Bobett T. Lott Beran. On June 1, 1974, she was united in marriage to Larry D. Popp, in Odin. Her life centered around her family. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing.
Survivors include her husband; two children, Rachel Anderson (Joseph), of Hope, Ind., and Ryan Popp (Ashley), of Ozark, Mo.; three grandchildren, Sophie, Zachary and Elias; and three brothers, Randall Beran of Great Bend, Brent Beran of Odin, and Scott Beran of Salina. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Rosary will be held at 10 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, March 17, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Odin. Burial will be in the Holy Family Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the St. Ann’s Altar Society or Holy Family Cemetery Fund, in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.nicholsonrickefh.net.
