LARNED — Charles Alan Oetken, 73, passed away Oct. 20, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. He was born May 11, 1951 in Larned, the son of William Edward and Charlene Wonsettler Oetken. A lifetime area resident he worked in the oilfield and attended Larned Assembly of God. He liked fishing, hunting, woodworking and spending time with his grandkids.
