OTIS  Patsy Johnene Richards, 54, died April 11 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita.  Born Aug. 19, 1960 at Hereford, Texas, she was the daughter of Herman McDonald “Johnny” and Ouida (Stayton) Wray. She married Gerald “Jerry” Richards July 13, 1991 at Hereford, Texas.  She was a secretary for Stanion Wholesale Electric.  Mrs. Richards was an Otis, Kansas resident since 2001, moving to Kansas in 1995.
Survivors include her husband. Gerald “Jerry” Richards, of the home; her parents,  John and Ouida Mandeville of Canyon, Texas; six children: Amie Wray, April Wray, Becky Richards, Crystal Walker, Chris Richards, Jay Richards; her brother, Tom Wray and wife Sara of Cleburne, Texas; 10 grandchildren: Wyatt, Lily, Pachin, Kennedy, Nathan, Macy, Hunter, Riley, Isabelle, and Lola.  She was preceded in death by daughter, Kandy Wray.
Funeral service will be Friday, April 17, ay 1 p.m. at Bryant Funeral Home with officiant Pastor Reba Russell.  Interment will be at Otis Lutheran Cemetery, Otis. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at Bryant Funeral Home.  Memorials are suggested to Kans for Kids, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.  Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net
