Linderer and Elliot gain QKA designation

Russell Linderer and Mindy Elliott of CPI Qualified Plan Consultants Inc. (CPI) have recently passed all of the required exams to attain their Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. These exams include the Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF-1 & RPF-2) exams, the Administrative and Qualification Issues of Retirement Plans (DC-1) exam and, the Administrative Issues of Defined Contribution Plans (DC-2) exam.
Linderer started at CPI in June, 2008, in the 403(b)/Government Tax Exempt Plan Administrative Services Department as plan administrator.
Elliott started at CPI in March, 2001, in the GTEPAS Department as plan administrator trainee. In July, 2001, she was promoted to plan administrator, in September, 2004, to senior administrator and in May, 2007 to consulting senior.
ASPPA is a national organization for career retirement plan professionals in the private pension system. It includes pension professionals of all types: consultants, administrators, accountants, attorneys, chartered life underwriters, and more. Currently, ASPPA has over 6,000 members.
CPI was incorporated in July of 1972 as a fee-based pension consulting firm. CPI specializes in the design, installation and administration of Qualified Employee Benefit Plans and Flexible Benefit Plans, as well as providing a full range of consulting and payroll services to over 3,500 clients in all 50 states. CPI currently employs about 500 people, most of whom work in the Great Bend, Kansas corporate office.
