Meeting as the Board of Health, the Barton county commission will hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the courthouse, 1400 Main St. in Great Bend. The agenda will include an update and discussion of Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly's new executive order and changes to her Ad Astra COVID-19 response and recovery plan.
