Brent and Pam Curtis announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly Curtis to Taylor Calcara, son of Mark and Melanie Calcara.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2012 she received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Sterling College. She is employed at Jefferson Elementary School in Great Bend as a 4th grade teacher and is the assistant girl’s basketball coach at Great Bend High School.
The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2009 he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University. In 2012 he graduated from the University of Kansas with a law degree. He is a partner at Watkins Calcara, Chtd Law Firm in Great Bend.
The wedding is planned for July 18, at the First United Methodist Church in Great Bend.
