Kristi and Brad Rouse of Great Bend and Mike and LeeAnn Donham of Evansville, Ind. announce the engagement of their daughter Janae Donham to Shawn Wear, son of Byrl Wear and Diane Lewis of Great Bend.
The bride-elect received an Associates degree in Science from Barton Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with minors in Special Education and ESOL, from Fort Hays State University. She will begin teaching 1st grade at Jefferson Elementary School in August.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Claflin High School. He is employed by Larned State Hospital as a MHDD Tech.
The wedding is planned for June.
