Jessica Ann Clarke and Christopher James Fox were united in marriage on Aug. 24, 2013, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Great Bend in a double ring ceremony officiated by Pastor James Strasen. The bride is the daughter of Monte and Joan Clarke of Great Bend. The groom is the son of James and Paula Fox of Olathe. Grandparents of the bride are Alene Clarke of Great Bend and the late Darrell Clarke, and the late Joe and Margaret Lewis. Grandparents of the groom are Jim and Connie Collins and Woody and Darlene Boyett, all of Topeka, and the late Robert Fox. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Chelsea Bieberle. Bridesmaids were Erin Clarke, sister-in-law of the bride, Jenna Clarke, cousin of the bride, Whitney Fox, sister of the groom, Chelsea Clanton, Emily Koochel, and Lindsey Vopat.
Best man was Tim Filliman. Groomsmen were Matthew Clarke, brother of the bride, Matthew Carlson, Michael Carrier, Chris Carrier, Bryce Gibbs, and Adam Block.
Flower girls were Samantha Brown, cousin of the bride, and Adalyn Carson. Ring bearer was Karson Clarke, nephew of the bride. Candlelighter was Max Brown, cousin of the bride.
Ushers were Dillon Robbins, Pete Smith, Craig Lauppe, and Kody Kinkhorst.
Guest book attendants were Jessica Lewis and Julie Lolloman, cousin of the groom, Shelby Branting, Reece and Davis Carson.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2012, she graduated from Kansas State University, majoring in Hospitality Management, with a minor in Business Administration. She is employed with Kansas State University as a program associate for the College of Business.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Olathe South High School. In 2011, he graduated from Kansas State University, majoring in Entrepreneurship. He is the owner of Fox Home Innovations in Manhattan.
The couple resides in Manhattan.
