Alicia Billinger and Josh Lamb were united  marriage on Oct. 6 in a double ring ceremony at St. Matthew’s Parish in Topeka. Parents of the couple are Pete Billinger and Sylvia Billinger and Kip Lamb and Tracy Lamb.
The bride, originally from Great Bend, moved to Topeka to attend Washburn University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History and Communications. She also received her teaching license in 6th to 12th grade history. She is currently earning her master’s degree from the University of Kansas. She is employed as a special education teacher.
The groom, originally from Garden City, moved to Topeka to attend Washburn University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology. He is employed by Pepsi Inc.
