Local bids are: Ellsworth ‑ one location at Avenue H, guard fence, 0.2 mile, Van Kirk Sand & Gravel Inc., DBA Van Kirk Bros. Contracting, Sutton, Neb., $294,806.90; Rush ‑ K‑4, one location at County Road 320, guard fence, 0.2 mile, Reece Construction Company Inc. & Subs., Salina, $268,016.67.
