Michael A. Philbern — Granted a $75,000 OR bond by Judge Burgess.

Jose A. Trejo — After being book on a Nueces County (Texas) District Court warrant for failure to appear and Corpus Christi Municipal Court warrant for interference with an emergency call, he was transferred to American Raven Extradition transport company.

Deana F. Pettijohn — Released by order of the court.

Samantha Aguilar — $1,000 surety bond.
