Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made 13 ambulance runs Friday, five Saturday and five Sunday.
At 6:18 a.m. Friday they responded to 801 Baker Ave., where an electrical box on fire outside the house. They found some char marks and a small ember glowing on the bottom of the electrical box, and checked the inside the house to make sure everything was OK. Wheatland Electric was contacted to pull the meter.
At 1:41 p.m. Sunday, units responded to a small grass fire at 315 Main Street in Dundee. They found the fire in an open lot. It quickly extinguished and no structures were involved.

A vehicle driven by Carolyn Parmer was westbound on Broadway Ave. at 8:59 a.m. Friday and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Judith Prieto, who was stopped at a red light in the 1900 block. At 9:37 a.m., Parmer was driving north in the 1500 block of Main and pulling into a parking stall when she again rear-ended a vehicle driven by Prieto, who was stopped in a parking stall.
Criminal damage and disorderly conduct were reported at 1:41 p.m. at 1052 Warner Road. Jerod Barnes was arrested and booked at the county jail in lieu of bond.
A mirror was broken on a vehicle at 5926 Eisenhower Ave.
A vehicle driven by Leonel Lira was westbound on Third near Walnut at 6:44 p.m. when it crossed the center line and struck a power pole and phone box.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a Ford Econoline parked in the 1700 block of Polk St.
A burglary at 817 Maple St. was reported Sunday afternoon. Someone broke into a trailer and took three knives and tools. Loss was $250.
Vehicles driven by Dillan Adams and Carol VanSteenburgh collided at 5:38 p.m. Sunday on 12th St.
A woman reported leaving her phone on a table at Brit Spaugh Park and someone took it.
When a man was reported taking off his clothes at 7:48 p.m. Sunday at Taco Bell, a family member came and picked him up.
At 6:29 a.m. Monday, a subject was reportedly seen getting into an unlocked pickup in the 3100 block of Lakin Ave. and taking cologne valued at $55.

Damage to a field at NW 200 Road and NW 10 Ave. was reported Friday.
An abandoned GMC Jimmy was found Friday morning at SE 30 Ave. and SE 60 Road.
A car hit a deer at 10:14 p.m. Friday, just north of 406 NW 20 Ave.
A one-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at 4:06 a.m. Saturday, when a white Mustang was found rolled over on the south side of the roadway, less than half a mile east of U.S. 281 on NE 20 Road. The driver’s mother called with questions at 6:49 a.m.
Someone broke into a storage shed at 666 South Main, Hoisington.
A vehicle hit a deer at 10:31 p.m. Saturday on K-96 near the Barton/Rush county line.
A car went into the ditch in the 1400 block of NW 30 Ave. at 4:24 a.m. Sunday.
A vehicle was found at 7:30 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 281 and SE 10 Road, with the windows down and the keys inside. The owner was contacted at thought it was parked at the High Rise, 1101 Kansas Ave. in Great Bend. It was reportedly stolen overnight.
