Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service made two runs Tuesday. There were no fires. One call was canceled while the unit was en route. 

Barton County Sheriff

Theft was reported Tuesday at 228 N. Washington Ave., Great Bend.

Theft was reported at Rainbow Trucking LLC, 305 South U.S. 281, Great Bend.

Great Bend Police

A non-injury crash was reported at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday at 24th St. and Patton Road.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at the Great Bend Hotel, 3017 10th St. A semitrailer with unknown driver struck a power pole owned by Wheatland Electric.

A juvenile complaint/sex offense was reported at an undisclosed address.

Burglaries and criminal trespass were reported at Holy Family School, 4200 Broadway Ave. Items were taken from vehicles.

Items were taken from a vehicle at Krebaum Chiropractic, 1027 Jackson St., and damage to the vehicle was reported.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:31 p.m. at Second and Frey.
