Alex Michael Beneke, one month, 10 days, passed away May 9, 2023, at the University of Kansas Health System – Great Bend Campus. He was born on March 29, 2023, in Great Bend, to Jarod and Kristal (White) Beneke. 

Baby Alex was dearly loved and treasured by his family. He was their little bundle of joy. 

Survivors include, his father and mother, Jarod and Kristal, and siblings,  Makinzie Beneke, Wyatt White, Mackenzie White, and Alyanna Beneke, and Grandma, Pat White all of the home; Grandpa and Grandma, Tracy and Kathy Groth of Inman; Uncle, Aunt, and Family, John and Jenna Buckman of Ottawa, Aunt, Uncle and Family, Pam and Mike Prescott of Larned, Aunt, Uncle and Family, Sandy and Brady Gross of La Crosse, and Uncle, Aunt and Family, John and Nicci Medina of Sand Springs, Okla.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Bryant Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2023, at Community Christian Church, 253 NE 30 Rd., Great Bend, Kan., with Pastor John Hembree presiding. Interment will be in the Great Bend Cemetery North, Great Bend. Memorials have been designated to the Alex Beneke Memorial Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
