ENCINITAS, Calif. — Kelptyn Jack Graham lost his courageous battle with many health issues on May 25th. He was born on Jan. 26, 2011.
Survivors include his parents, Sarah and Matthew Graham; baby brother Tyden; grandparents Leonard and Linda Moeder, of Beaver,  Cindy Moeder, and John and Lisa Graham, of San Diego, Calif.; uncles Nathan Moeder and Jacob Moeder; and aunts Rachel Sadler and Kaylan Graham; and numerous cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial and Celebratin of his Life will be held on June 5, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Encinitas, Calif. with Father Brian Corcoran officiating.
