WICHITA — Russell L. Sater, 83, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2015. He was a retired operating superintendent for Kansas Gas Service and the Treasurer of Gasco Credit Union.
Survivors include two sons, Shawn (Elizabeth) Sater and Steve (Kathy) Sater; two daughters, Stephanie Sater and Sara (Brad) Hoch; a brother, James Sater; four grandchildren, Ben (Annette) Sater, Brianne (Josh) Westbury, Spencer and Garrett Hoch; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joanna (Jody) Sater.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 27, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
