4th Annual Healing Hearts Ranch Rodeo
gbtribune news

Healing Hearts Ranch held its 4th Annual Ranch Rodeo fundraiser on Oct. 22, complete with its “City Slicker” mugging, ranch rodeo competition, family fun activities and games, and lots of delicious food. About 500 people attended the event throughout the day with seven City Slicker mugging teams and 18 ranch rodeo teams. The winner of the City Slicker mugging contest came away with Mitchell’s donuts for their entire team, an amazing wood carved traveling trophy (thanks to the handy work of Barry Bowers) and free entry into next year’s contest. The “Lonesome Pine” of El Dorado came away the winners of the Ranch Rodeo winning the cash prize of $2,500.
“We are so blessed to have such wonderful supporters come along side us in this mission to serve and love those in need through equine assisted therapy,” said Scott Stinemetz. “It was another successful year! We hope to see everyone back out next year on Oct. 21, 2017.”
