Downtown Great Bend was lively Thursday evening as the city-sponsored Arts & Wine Walk brought shoppers to two dozen stores. Participating businesses served wine as well as non-adult beverages and area artists were at each venue with their works.

There was also live music outside of Great Bend Coffee Co. Meanwhile, Lafayette Park (the courthouse square) was being used for martial arts practice, a play rehearsal, the Farmers Market and the Suicide Prevention Task Force luminary lighting.
