As of Dec. 17, Gary Albright, President and CEO, Steve Burhenn, Executive Vice President and  CRO announce the promotion of Willy Allen from SR Vice President to Executive Vice President of Becker Tire and Treading, Inc.
Willy started for Becker Tire on June 27, 1986. He started out in the Warehouse unloading tnlcks and doing adjustments. He then switched to nights, loading trucks. After getting his Class A license in 1988, he became a back-up driver, and the loading crew manager. In 1989, Willy was approached about working in the Wholesale Department. Surprising himself, he found he enjoyed calling the customers he had met while driving the different routes. In 2000 Willy was promoted to Wholesale Sales Manager, then in 2005 he was promoted to Vice President and in 2007 he was promoted to Senior Vice President.
Willy resides in Great Bend, with his wife Cora and son Marcus.
