Linda Black, ElderCare, Inc. Food Service Supervisor, has passed the credentialing exam to become a Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM/CFPP). In 2010 Black started the Dietary Manager Program on-line course with Barton Community College.
