Beef Marketing Group announces the hiring of Anne Burkholder as a member of the BMG Quality Assurance Team, effective Feb. 1. Anne will also work on BMG projects such as sustainability, transportation, and cattle handling.Anne writes the popular blog, Feed Yard Foodie. Her efforts in social media originally began in 2011 as a way to tell the real story of beef, “written by someone who actually gets their hands dirty.”
