Although ASPPA was founded in 1966 as an actuarial organization, the growing needs of the pension community led to the expansion of their membership to include pension professionals of all types: consultants, administrators, accountants, attorneys, chartered life underwriters, and more. Currently, ASPPA has over 6,000 members.
