DAT Fitness recently moved to a new location at 926 Main Street in Great Bend.

Dave Tudor is the owner and trainer of DAT Fitness, with eight years of experience as an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer. He is a Highland Games athlete, Strongman Competitor and a Powerlifting State Champion. His passion is helping clients achieve their fitness goals and making sure they enjoy their journey along the way. He offers professional training, as well as supplements and nutrition counseling.

“DAT Fitness designs the workouts for you,” Tudor says. “You will never have to come up with your own workout again.”

Their guided workouts are a combination of strength training, functional training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Perform short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly to build muscle and lose fat. This is great for trimming down and toning up.

Corporate plans include unlimited access to the facility and classes; single and family memberships are available as well. DAT fitness is open six days a week, Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m). For more information on DAT Fitness find them on Facebook, call 620-617-0159, or stop by the facility at 926 Main.
