Need to get away? Thanks to an anonymous donation, a luxury beach getaway, valued at $10,000, is being raffled off by the Family Crisis Center.

The prize package includes a four-night stay at Seas Serenity Luxury Home, located at Cinnamon Shore Resort in Port Aransas, Texas.

“The home sleeps 16, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms,” Shannon Somers with the Family Crisis Center said.

“It would be perfect for a company or family getaway,” Somers said.

A complimentary golf cart is provided for the duration of the stay. In addition, two beach sets for three days is included. 

“Each set includes two chairs and one umbrella,” Somers said. “Cinnamon Shore personnel sets up the beach sets each day with the family name on a chalk board attached to the back of the chairs. Additional beach sets can be purchased.  

“They also threw in a bonfire on a private beach, including a s’mores kit to make 27 s’mores,” Somers said.

The winner also receives $500 for travel and incidentals.  

“We decided to do $100 tickets with 150 as the maximum tickets sold,” Somers said. “Limiting the number of tickets sold increases everyone’s chance of winning.”

Tickets went on sale Dec. 1 with a drawing date tentatively set for Feb. 1. All proceeds go to the Family Crisis Center. The Family Crisis Center serves all victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
