Farmers Bank & Trust awarded A+ Rating

Farmers Bank & Trust has been awarded an A+ in’s independent Bank Financial Health Rating System for the quarter ended June 30th. The A+ rating is defined as the highest distinction in terms of relative financial strength and stability, according to their standardized measurement system. The service gives consumers information on the relative financial strength of U.S. commercial banks, savings institutions and credit unions.

Each quarter Deposit evaluates the financial health of every federally insured bank in the United States—more than 6,500 total. Each institution is graded on a number of factors, including capitalization, deposit growth and loan to reserve ratios, in order to determine a comprehensive health score.
