Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered (ABBB) announces that Belinda Fellhoelter, of the Great Bend office, recently obtained her Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) license.
“This accreditation is a value-added qualification that speaks highly of Belinda,” said Brian Staats, CPA, managing partner at Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball. “It contributes to the reputation of the firm and the work performed for ABBB clients.”
The CPB is certified through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB) and is the premier accreditation for professional bookkeepers. The license assures clients of bookkeeping knowledge, skill, experience and ethics.  It is recognized throughout the United States.
Similar to the CPA exam, Fellhoelter was required to pass four parts of the exam, taken one part at a time: Accounting Fundamentals, Accounting Principles, Payroll Fundamentals and Computerized Accounting (QuickBooks). In addition to the exam requirement, she also had to meet work experience criteria. To maintain the certification, the Certified Public Bookkeeper has to obtain 24 hours of CPE each year. Fellhoelter is a member in good standing with the Public Accountants Association of Kansas (PAAK).
