The certified public accounting firm of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Shawna R. Schafer, CPA and Nicole M. Zink, CPA.
Schafer joined the firm in 2012. She now serves as a senior staff accountant at the firm’s Great Bend office location. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Schafer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Kansas Society of CPAs (KSCPA). She currently resides in Ellinwood with her husband, Matt. In her spare time, Schafer enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and watching KU basketball.
Zink began her career at Adams, Brown, Beran and Ball in 2012. She now serves as a manager. Zink received both her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from Kansas State University. She is a member of the AICPA, KSCPA and the Central Kansas Chapter of CPAs. Zink is a current resident of Claflin.
