The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, announces the February session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership gathering designed to inspire connection, clarity, and growth for leaders across the community.

Held on the first Tuesday of every month from noon to 1 p.m., The Leader’s Lunchroom offers a relaxed, welcoming environment for individuals to bring their lunch and participate in a meaningful Leadership Nugget – a short, impactful session focused on personal and professional development.

The series will take place at the Great Bend Chamber Boardroom, located at 1125 Williams St.

This collaborative effort between the Chamber and Move Your Mountain Coaching reflects a shared commitment to strengthening leadership across the region. Chamber membership is not required, and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no cost and no registration is required.

February Topic: Boldly Bare – The Power of Authentic Leadership

February’s session explores what it means to lead with courage, honesty, and authenticity. Participants will learn how vulnerability can build trust, strengthen teams, and elevate leadership impact.
