HOISINGTON — Hoisington Rodeway Inn & Suites was recently awarded the prestigious 2018 Platinum Award by Choice Hotels International Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world’s leading hotel companies. The property was recognized for its superior customer service and guest satisfaction, reported co-owner and managing member Phil Griffin. Platinum designated hotels represent the top 3 percent of hotels within their respective Choice Hotels brand. The awards are based on a ranking system that measures guest satisfaction, product quality, room condition, cleanliness and staff service.

“The entire Hoisington Rodeway Inn & Suites team continues to impress guests with their attention to detail and commitment to customer service, which shines through in their guest satisfaction scores,” said Griffin.

Owned by local investors and operated by High Plains Management and Development, the team prides itself on staff friendliness and commitment to service. Maintaining a spotless property is paramount for Griffin and his team as is offering little extras to travelers. They worked with the Hoisington community to offer free access to an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a walking trail. For those who prefer to stay active indoors, the Hoisington Rodeway Inn and Suites offers free access to the Hoisington Activity center and workout facilities. Rooms include large work areas with ergonomic chairs, refrigerators, microwaves and wireless internet, and offers king jacuzzi suites upon request.

“We are honored to receive this award and recognition from Choice Hotels, which is due to the dedication and commitment of each team member at the Rodeway Inn & Suites Hoisington to provide guests with a solid deal on a simple stay,” said Griffin. “We strive to provide a good night’s stay and great savings to each visitor in the Hoisington and Great Bend area, and this award represents our hard work. We couldn’t be more proud.”
