Jay Luerman has joined First Kansas Bank as a Credit Analyst according to Paul Snapp, President of the Bank. In announcing the hire, Snapp commented that, “Jay has the values, experience and education to help First Kansas Bank deliver high quality service to our loan customers in Great Bend. He brings a Kansas farm background with common sense and a strong work ethic to our customers. We are excited to have Jay join our bank team.”
Jay is the son of Andy and Rebecca Luerman from Ashland. He graduated from Ashland High School and worked on a family farming and ranching operation in high school. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Business from Fort Hays State University and was on the honor roll. While attending college, Jay worked part time for the Bank of Protection in Ashland.
Jay is married to the former Joanna Reimer from Ashland and they make their home in Great Bend.
