Jay Luerman has been promoted to vice president at First Kansas Bank.

President and CEO Paul Snapp commented, “Since joining our bank, Jay has used his strong values, work ethic and banking knowledge to assume a leadership role in the bank. He delivers highly personalized and caring service to our customers every day. Jay is also a solid volunteer in several community organizations. I am pleased to announce this well-deserved promotion.”

Luerman grew up in Ashland and holds a bachelor’s degree in agri-business from Fort Hays State University. Jay and his wife Joanna make their home in Great Bend.
