Sunflower Bank has promoted Mike Briney to President of the Hays region. In this capacity, Briney will be responsible for developing and nurturing commercial relationships in the markets of Hays, Victoria, Russell, Great Bend, Ellinwood and Osborne. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s a farmer from western Kansas!” said Jacobs with a grin.
