MPIRE Properties announces the grand opening of their new office located at 1015 McKinley Street in Great Bend. The newly renovated office has undergone a complete facelift. Kustom Floor Designs helped the MPIRE team to redesign and construct the exterior and lobby areas. “It was important for us to work with local vendors during the redesign process. Other local vendors included Hammeke Electric, Comfort Pro, Sutherlands and the Color Clinic to name a few,” said Owner Jason Mayers. The new location features 3,250 sq. ft. of space allowing room for six full offices and a conference room. The lobby area will also soon offer a new tenant information center where tenants will be able to complete applications and review available properties online.
