Jared Chansler has joined Al & Mary’s Hair Styling, located at 1235 U.S. 281 Bypass in Great Bend as the new barber.

Chansler, who is known as "Mouse," is a 2005 graduate of Great Bend High School and took his barber training at Old Town Barber College in 2010-11.

The new hours for the barber shop are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

New and old patrons are welcome and no appointment is necessary, Chansler said. For more information call 620-793-5251.
