Marlane Haberman and Sheri Elsen have recently been promoted to managerial positions at CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc.
Haberman started her career with CPI in June, 1994 as a Specialist in the Distribution Department. In September, 1996, she transferred to become a Conversion Specialist in the Conversion Department, and in June, 1997, she was promoted to Team Leader in Conversions. In October, 2002, she transferred to become a Programmer in the Information Technology (IT) Department, and in August, 2011, she was promoted to a Manager in IT.
Elsen started her career with CPI in March, 2000 as a Plan Accountant in the Daily Accounting Department. In March, 2001, she was promoted to Trainer, and in October, 2002, she was promoted to Supervisor in the Daily Accounting Department. In April, 2004, she transferred to become a Programmer in the Information Technology (IT) Department, and in August, 2011, she was promoted to a Manager in IT.
CPI was incorporated in July of 1972 as a fee-based pension consulting firm. CPI specializes in the design, installation and administration of Qualified Employee Benefit Plans (including 401(k) and 403(b) plans) and Flexible Benefit Plans, as well as providing a full range of consulting and payroll services to over 3,500 clients in all 50 states. CPI currently employs about 480 people, most of whom work in the Great Bend, Kansas corporate office.
