Spectrum CPA Partners LLC in Great Bend recently announced the expansion of its services to include Human Resources Consulting for local businesses. Last fall, Spectrum CPA Partners moved to a new location at 1400 Polk St., and is continuing that growth trend with the addition of experienced Human Resources professional Jean Harrison.
“So many small businesses don’t have the resources to hire their own Human Resources expert, so retaining a consultant can fill those gaps with much-needed knowledge and support,” said Barry Bowers, one of the four partners at Spectrum. “Our clients have been asking for help with the ever-changing HR landscape, and we are excited to have Jean’s skills and expertise to meet that demand.”
Harrison holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She has received several awards and recognitions for her work in the Human Resources field, and is eager to help new and existing clients of Spectrum CPA Partners with all aspects of personnel management and record keeping.
