Three hours of continuing education available for area insurance agents

Great Plains NAIFA is bringing continuing education courses to local insurance agents. Classes are 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., then 1 to 3:15 p.m., on Sept. 30, at the Front Door Community Center in Great Bend with an open lunch period 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Space is limited so pre-registration is recommended.
In the morning the Great Plains NAIFA will present a program on Annuities for Accumulation and Distribution.
After lunch the invited speaker is Cindy Hermes from the Kansas State Insurance department Health Care Consumer Ombudsman and Director of Public Outreach. She will present two one hour courses – one on LTC With A Dash of Medicaid and The Latest on the ACA or “What is Still Working?
There is no cost for the classes for NAIFA members. NON-NAIFA members $15 an hour or $35 for the day.
To receive credit agents need to provide their National Producers Number ( NPN) when registering that day. Contact Rhonda Knudson at 620-792-3643 to pre-register space is limited.
