Best Western Angus Inn has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. This award signifies the Best Western in the top-performing 10 percent of all businesses worldwide on TripAdvisor.
Reviews made by travelers who have stayed at the location have consistently given the hotel excellent ratings, according to information from TripAdvisor, a free travel guide and research website. The site assists customers in gathering travel information, posting reviews and opinions of travel-related content, and engaging in interactive travel forums. Many hotels and bed and breakfasts place a TripAdvisor sticker on a front window of their establishment so guests are encouraged to submit a review about their stay.
“The posting of positive reviews for Great Bend lodging and attractions is extremely important in the marketing of our community,” said Cris Collier, president of the Great Bend Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Having the Best Western Angus Inn receive this award of excellence is wonderful for the entire community because TripAdvisor provides additional promotions and exposure for those reaching this level of excellence.”
Loren Unruh, owner of the Best Western Angus Inn, has been with the Best Western for 37 years. With help of his general manager, Lacey Bryan, coupled with knowledgeable and friendly staff, the Best Western continues to improve in offering excellent service to all visitors and guests, Unruh said. The newest project the team is working on is the remodeling of 44 rooms, which will be completed over the next few months.
