The Great Bend City Council will hold a special meeting at 11 a.m. Friday in the council chambers at City Hall, 1209 Williams. “The purpose of the meeting is to consider necessary actions to ensure public safety and continuation of services as it relates to the Covid-19 pandemic,” a statement from the city reads.
It was at the council’s regular meeting Monday night that City Administrator Kendal Francis outlined the city’s initial plans to deal with the crisis.
