City of Great Bend City Administrator Kendal Francis has canceled his next Kendal’s Koffee, an informal gathering where citizens have a chance to learn about city operations. It was set for 7-9:30 a.m. Friday, March 27, at Great Bend Coffee, 2015 Lakin Ave.

“I am exploring options of holding a virtual chat in the near future,” Francis said. “I remain committed to promoting transparency and open dialogue with citizens. However, my duty to protect the citizens and lead by example is paramount.”
