Lorraine (Robl) Phelan will celebrate her 90th birthday with a card shower-reception from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Holyrood Fire Station, 100 S. County Road. She has six children, Pat and Barbara Phelan, Rita McCarthy, Tom Phelan, Dennis and Jacque Phelan, Mark and Gladys Phelan and John and Carolyn Phelan.
