Harold Wagner, 90, will celebrate his 90th birthday today with a reception from 2-4 p.m. at the old restaurant building in Otis, located south of the Otis Bank.
He was born June 29, 1927, at Otis.
Hosts and family include his wife Norma; daughters Deby Newsome and Kim Roach; and grandchildren James Wagner, Jayden Roach and Jacob Roach.
