Jarrod and Jennifer Basgall of Basehor announce the birth of their daughter, Elin Lee, on Sept. 28 at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City. She weighed 7 lb. 1 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. She has a 21-month-old sister, Aven Elizabeth.
Grandparents are Steve and Nola Peine of Oskaloosa and Ron and Patsy Basgall of Great Bend.
