Jeremy and Joni Burkhart of Overland Park announce the birth of their son, Nolan Dean Burkhart on Dec. 27. He weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 19 in. long.
Grandparents are Jerry and Rose Ann Burkhart of Great Bend and Jim and Carolyn Soukup of Wilson. Great-grandparents are Marie Mermis of Wichita and Clara Howard of Mineral Wells, Texas.
