Dallas and Kimberly Klepper of Council Grove announce the birth of their daughter, Lydia Kay Klepper on June 21, at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan. She weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. and was 21 1/2 in. long.
Grandparents are Jerry and Marcy Sieker of Ellinwood and David and Janice Klepper of Great Bend. Great-grandparents are the late William and Benita Doherty, Wanda and the late Harry Sieker Jr., Kenny and the late Marilyn Klepper and the late Ray and Betty Gagelman.
